If you're not happy with your purchase, return it at any time and we'll exchange it or refund your money.

Missed Deliveries:  At checkout you can choose to have your purchase delivered to your home if you miss your hotel delivery.  Whether you choose to have your purchase delivered to your home or not, we must charge you the applicable hotel delivery fee.  Hotel delivery is provided by a third party and we cannot refund those charges. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. and in the original packaging. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Include your packing slip with your return. Once your return is received, we will notify you and then issue a credit to your credit card or original method of payment. Unfortunately we are not able to refund your initial shipping or delivery costs. 

We will happily replace any item that is defective or damaged.  If you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shelly@guesswhatIbroughtyou.com and we will provide return instructions. While we cannot refund the initial shipping or delivery costs, in the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
